NASHVILLE HOME SALES UPDATE:  According to the GNAR (Greater Nashville Association of Realtors), Nashville home sales exceeded 2,000 for the 3rd consecutive month in August 2009!  This is wonderful news and shows a steady increase in real estate activity for the Nashville area!  This is wonderful news for both buyers and sellers in all neighborhoods of Nashville.

Julie works with both buyers and sellers in all eight of the Davidson county areas and surrounding counties.  She has clients from Mt. Juliet to Dickson, from Gallatin to Franklin and everywhere in between.  However, a large concentration of her business is in the West Nashville area including Bellevue, Belle Meade, Green Hills, West Meade and in Williamson County including Franklin and Brentwood.

Davidson County is divided into 8 sections when searching for property.

Area 1:  Murfreesboro Road to I-65
Area 2:  I-65 to Charlotte Pike
Area 3:  Charlotte Pike to Cumberland River
Area 4:  Cumberland River to Clarksville Pike
Area 5:  Clarksville Pike to Dickerson Pike
Area 6:  Dickerson Pike to Cumberland River
Area 7:  Cumberland River to I-40 East
Area 8:  I-40 East to Murfreesboro Road

Surrounding counties are each assigned one area number.  For example, all of Williamson County (Brentwood, Fairview, Franklin, part of Spring Hill) is found in Area 10.
